Après plusieurs années à produire des oeuvres VR primées et reconnues à l'international, le studio renforce aujourd'hui sa position dans le jeu vidéo en développant une nouvelle génération de jeux immersifs casuals - accessibles et visuellement distinctifs. Nous avons produit aussi bien des jeux casual comme Jabu Jabu sur Horizon Worlds ou Scan or Scam sur Quest que des IP internationales telles que Mobile Suit Gundam : Silver Phantom ou Wallace and Gromit : The Grand Getaway. - Permanent contract Paris (75) Position Duties En tant que Head of Product, vous serez directement rattaché-e au Studio Director et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le Head of Projects du studio. **Vos objectifs**: - Aligner la vision produit avec les attentes du marché en collaborant étroitement avec les équipes créatives et en anticipant les tendances du secteur. - Optimiser la performance des jeux (engagement, rétention, monétisation) via une stratégie data-driven portée par les équipes que vous aurez construites. **Votre rôle sera de**: - Définir et porter la vision produit / marché du studio dans le jeu vidéo, en phase avec la stratégie globale. - Superviser les équipes Marketing / Communication, Support et Analytics. - Travailler en synergie avec les équipes de développement et l'équipe Concept pour assurer la cohérence commerciale des productions. - Analyser les données de performance pour optimiser l'engagement, la rétention et la monétisation. - Contribuer à la roadmap produit et anticiper les tendances du marché gaming. - Expérience confirmée en gestion de produit d'au moins 5 ans dans l'industrie du jeu vidéo (ou secteur proche). - Excellentes compétences en management d'équipe pluridisciplinaire. - Sens aigu de l'analyse et de la prise de décision basée sur la donnée. - Compréhension approfondie des modèles économiques du jeu vidéo, notamment F2P et live service. - Excellente communication et capacité à fédérer autour d'une vision. - Passion pour le jeu vidéo et culture gaming. - Nous cherchons une personne structurante avec une capacité opérationnelle forte, adaptée à une organisation encore changeante Additional Information ** NOTRE PROCESS DE RECRUTEMENT**: Notre process de recrutement se fait en 4 étapes: - Un premier appel rapide de qualification - Un entretien métier d'environ 1h - Un test technique lié au poste Un entretien de "fit" d'environ 30 à 45 minutes pour parler de vous, de nous, et voir si on pense qu'on peut bien travailler ensemble Nous Offrons: - CDI dès que possible sur Paris 11e - Emploi cadre - Ticket restaurant Swile 10 euros / jour (50% pris en charge par l'employeur) - 50 % mutuelle (Allianz), 50% transports (selon réglementation en vigueur) - Forfait Mobilité Durable Provide CV, lettre de motivation, références To: Studio Director
