**Mission**
Rattaché(e) au Global E-Store Manager, vous aurez pour mission:
**Gestion site e-commerce**:

- Animation des sites (e-merchandising, cross-selling, calendrier commercial )
- Suivi des KPIs e-commerce : analyse des ventes, gestion des stocks/ruptures
- Optimisation de l’expérience client via la roadmap d’AB tests
- Veille créative et recommandations

**Déploiement de la politique d’animation commerciale du site**:

- Déploiement de la politique d’animation commerciale des sites
- Mise en place des actions commerciales et promotionnelles
- Gestion du catalogue en ligne (contenus et visuels)

Coordination transversale :*
- Coordination avec les pôles E-business, Trafic et Service Client.
- Coordination avec les équipes SI pour la mise en place de la roadmap ecommerce et optimisation des parcours clients
- Intervention en transversal sur la mise en place des projets d’omnicanalité (carte cadeau, web to store )

**Profil**
- Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'un master 2 avec une spécialisation en e-commerce
- Vous avez une première expérience en tant que e-store manager ainsi qu'une bonne connaissance de la plateforme Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Vous possédez de solides compétences analytiques et un bon esprit de synthèse ainsi que d'excellentes capacités relationnelles et rédactionnelles
- Vous maîtrisez l’anglais ainsi que l’allemand
