**A LITTLE MORE ABOUT US**Paradox has one goal: to help people live their ambition and become who they need to be to create the life that truly inspires them.**

We provide **a set of tools and strategies around productivity, leadership, coaching and marketing. We do this **through apps, e-learning platforms, events and a strong presence on social networks.

**Our ambition is to make our coaching as attractive as watching Netflix and leave our clients' success as their only choice.**

So far, this approach has paid off, and has allowed us to exceed one million followers on social networks, to organize events, and create online training courses that are followed by thousands of people.

But we wanted more, so we have created 2 new brands with international ambitions.

And that's where you come in.

**YOUR MISSION**Your mission will be to generate a new income stream of 3M€ in your first year by creating crazy partnerships that we will be proud to display on our walls**

We are convinced that a few big deals can have a 10x effect in terms of image, revenue, or impact.

**and to do so, these are your 6 responsibilities**:
**1 - Define the Partnership strategy, including OKRs and KPIs, and execute it**:
**Define top 20 and top 100 dream partners and be obsessed about getting them**:

- Identify new markets and hidden opportunities
- Set KPIs for all initiatives, gather marketing campaign data, create dashboards, evaluate the impact of strategies, and report on the results.
- Clarify prioritiesknowing which battles to choose in order to win the war,

**2 - Generate & negociate big partnerships - the kind that move the needle and bring an aura to the company**:

- ** Sponsorships** - Get and negotiate massive sponsorship deals for our podcasts and events
- Sponsors who are aligned with our values or our business events
- ** Corporate partnership -** to promote and sell our trainings at scale to their employees
- ** Featurings - **Make our CEO be featured in top documentaries ( Netflix or Canal + ) or online learning marketplaces (masterclasses)
- ** JV/Affiliate Partners, and influencers** to promote our products in exchange for commission
- ** Media**:

- introduce our CEO to the biggest international media and put him on the cover of printed press

**3 - Get the supposedly unreachable A-list guests (top artists, athletes, entrepreneurs)... the kind that make people say “Wow”**:
We accomplished the first step by interviewing Richard Branson, but there is a lot more that can be done
- Top speakers for our events
- Top trainers for our online trainings
- Top guests for our interviews
- And the real dream goal is to produce a documentary with top entrepreneurs, artists and athletes ( Elon Musk, Oprah, Federer ). For you, this means signing them and selling the documentary to Netflix or Canal+

**4 - Create, train and lead a team of specialized Top Gun team members( in Sponsorship, PR, Celebrity Relationships, Affiliates & Influencers )**:

- Source, recruit, and lead the most driven Juniors ( 1 for sponsorship, 1 for celebrities management, 1 for affiliate/partners management, 1 for PR/media)
- Train and inspire Juniors for them to be able to deliver smaller deals at scale
- Listen to recorded calls ( including your own) every week to improve how you overcome objections and sell opportunities

**5 - Systemize Greatness - Create and improve processes, use digital tools to improve productivity and make thePartnership Department highly productive, with predictable results**
- Systemize best practices and develop a Partnership Paradox Academy to scale the onboarding of juniors, making it seamless, efficient, and state-o
