Your responsibilities include: Managing customer interactions via phone, email, and chat Providing accurate information, troubleshooting support, and user guidance Documenting cases through internal systems Ensuring a positive user experience through clear and empathetic communication Candidate Requirements C2 level French B1+/B2 English for internal communication EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal Ability and willingness to relocate Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and customer focus Previous customer service experience is an advantage (not mandatory) Ready to Build Your Career in Portugal?
