The Role
Blupace is hiring for BAND 2 resource in France
As a Team member you will work with regional technicians, Local IT contacts and the End User Community providing support and delivering on the User Request Services for End User Equipment.
Where you'll be working:
- It is a France -Clamart based opportunity, It is a Dedicated role based at the client location
- Work Location -6 Avenue Réaumur, 92140 Clamart, France
- Fluency in French is a C1 level and good command on English language.
What we're looking for in a BAND 2 Resource
You'll need to have:
- Minimum of 3+ years of IT experience.
- Experience of support end-user devices in an enterprise desktop environment.
- Windows 7-10, Microsoft Active Directory, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, Enterprise anti-virus solutions.
- Mobile device management including IOS and Android devices, enterprise encryption solutions
- Basic experience of Networks and end-user infrastructure systems such as Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, VPN and Antivirus soft
- Proven analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to multi-task, effectively determine priorities and meet SLA's.
