- Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, covering positioning, target audience, messaging, funnel KPIs, and priority growth initiatives.
- Design and implement an end-to-end sales process, including lead qualification, demos, pipeline management, forecasting, and closing.
- Optimize marketing performance across multiple channels, such as SEO, paid media, content, email, and partnerships.
- Analyze funnel data, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve conversion and retention rates.
- Lead pricing and packaging experiments, including evaluating new plans, discount frameworks, and expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share best practices, benchmark performance, and leverage collective expertise.
