Dans le cadre de notre croissance rapide, nous recrutons un
Manager Comptable
(
bilingue FR//EN) pour sructurer et piloter les opérations financières mutli-pays.

Ce poste clé implique de
superviser l'ensemble des processus comptables internes
sur plusieurs entités, en France et à l'international, tout en accompagnant l'internalisation des fonctions aujourd'hui externalisées.

Le Manager Comptable jouera un rôle central dans
la structuration, l'optimisation et l'automatisation des processus comptables et financiers
, en soutien à la croissance de l'entreprise.

Missions principales :

  • Superviser l'ensemble du cycle comptable (général, auxiliaire, analytique) pour plusieurs entités
  • Gérer la transition des tâches actuellement externalisées vers une gestion en interne
  • Encadrer les clôtures mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles avec rigueur et dans les délais
  • Garantir la conformité aux obligations fiscales et sociales (TVA, IS, charges, etc.), en lien avec les conseillers locaux
  • Participer à l'élaboration des états financiers statutaires (France et international)
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les auditeurs dans le cadre des audits annuels
  • Identifier, proposer et mettre en œuvre des solutions d'automatisation via nos outils (ERP, TMS, facturation, etc.)
  • Encadrer et faire monter en compétences une équipe comptable en croissance

Profil recherché

  • Avoir déjà encadré une équipe de plusieurs collaborateurs
  • Formation supérieure en comptabilité/finance (DCG, DSCG, Master ou équivalent)
  • Expérience confirmée (min. 7-8 ans d'exp.), avec passage en cabinet d'expertise comptable fortement apprécié (mais pas obligatoire)
  • Solide maîtrise des normes comptables françaises ; une connaissance des normes internationales est un plus
  • Bilingue Français/Anglais (écrit et oral)
  • Proactif(ve), rigoureux(se), orienté(e) amélioration continue
  • Aisance avec les outils digitaux et les environnements tech
