Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Software Development & Operation Engineer to join Mycronic's Global Technologies division, working within our Magnetic Test business line (Hprobe). Hprobe is a fast-growing company that develops and markets Automated Test Equipment (ATE) for emerging technologies in the semiconductor industry. Our unique equipment provides innovative solutions for testing spintronic components under magnetic fields, particularly in the MRAM (Magnetic Random Access Memory) and TMR (Tunnel Magnetoresistance) embedded memory sectors. Our customers include the world's leading semiconductor manufacturers and global technology leaders.
The Software Development & Operation Engineer will be responsible for prototyping, designing, developing, and maintaining software infrastructure and test automation to support the company's development plans and production. This includes software for user interfaces, control hardware communication, database access, and diagnostic tools.
This is a hands-on role within a cross-functional team environment, requiring adherence to established design control processes and good engineering practices. This role will be involved in all phases of the software development lifecycle, contributing to the creation of robust and scalable solutions that support advanced semiconductor testing technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams (software, hardware, and QA) to ensure seamless integration of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing into the overall product development lifecycle
- Introduces and advocates for DevOps best practices, including version control strategies, automated build and deployment processes, and continuous feedback loops
- Monitors and optimizes CI/CD performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements to reduce build times and increase reliability
- Documents CI/CD workflows and testing protocols, ensuring knowledge transfer and maintainability across the engineering team
- Contributes to the standardization of development practices, helping to align software, hardware, and documentation projects under a unified version control and deployment strategy
Experience And Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering with a strong focus on Software Engineering
- 3-5+ years of experience in software design and development, preferably with exposure to automated robotic equipment systems
- Proficient in Git and GitLab, with hands-on experience in version control and collaborative development workflows
- Familiarity with LabVIEW and Python is a plus, especially in the context of test automation and hardware-software integration

Nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur Développement & Exploitation Logicielle pour rejoindre la division Global Technologies de Mycronic, au sein de notre ligne d'activité dédiée aux tests magnétiques (Hprobe). L'ingénieur(e) Développement & Exploitation Logicielle sera responsable du prototypage, de la conception, du développement et de la maintenance de l'infrastructure logicielle et de l'automatisation des tests pour soutenir les plans de développement et la production de l'entreprise. Responsabilités principales
- Collaborer avec les équipes interfonctionnelles (logiciel, matériel, assurance qualité) pour assurer l'intégration fluide des pipelines CI/CD et des tests automatisés dans le cycle de développement produit
- Introduire et promouvoir les meilleures pratiques DevOps, y compris les stratégies de gestion de version, les processus de build et de déploiement automatisés, et les boucles de rétroaction continue
- Surveiller et optimiser les performances CI/CD, identifier les goulets d'étranglement et mettre en œuvre des améliorations pour réduire les temps de build et augmenter la fiabilité
- Documenter les workflows CI/CD et les protocoles de test, afin d'assurer le transfert de connaissances et la maintenabilité au sein de l'équipe d'ingénierie
- Contribuer à la standardisation des pratiques de développement, en aidant à aligner les projets logiciels, matériels et de documentation sous une stratégie unifiée de gestion de version et de déploiement
Profil recherché
- Diplôme Bac+5 (Master ou équivalent) en informatique ou en ingénierie, avec une spécialisation en développement logiciel
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en conception et développement logiciel, idéalement dans des systèmes robotiques automatisés
- Maîtrise de Git et GitLab, avec une expérience pratique des workflows de développement collaboratif
- La connaissance de LabVIEW et Python est un plus, notamment dans le contexte de l'automatisation des tests et de l'intégration matériel-logiciel
