Nous accompagnons une entreprise française en pleine croissance, spécialisée dans les infrastructures IT : hébergement, datacenters, cloud et services managés.

Créée récemment et en pleine structuration, elle entre dans une phase d'accélération commerciale avec des ambitions fortes sur le marché.

Dans ce contexte, elle souhaite renforcer son équipe et recruter un.e
Business Developer Data Center & Cloud Connectivity
pour développer son portefeuille clients.

Vos missions

Vous prenez en charge l'ensemble du cycle de vente, dans un environnement technique et exigeant.

Développement commercial

  • Identifier et prospecter de nouveaux clients sur les marchés cibles
  • Détecter des projets, qualifier les besoins et construire une proposition de valeur claire
  • Développer un réseau d'interlocuteurs : DSI, directions techniques, achats, DG

Cycle de vente complet

  • Piloter la vente de bout en bout : rendez-vous, démonstrations, réponse aux besoins, négociation et closing
  • Construire les offres avec les équipes internes (avant-vente, technique, finance, juridique)
  • Répondre aux appels d'offres privés et publics

Suivi et fidélisation

  • Assurer le suivi client après la signature, en lien avec les équipes opérationnelles
  • Détecter les opportunités additionnelles et sécuriser la relation dans la durée

Reporting

  • Suivre le pipe commercial dans le CRM
  • Garantir un reporting fiable et régulier aux équipes internes

Des
déplacements réguliers
sont à prévoir, l'entreprise structurant une organisation commerciale par zones géographiques.

Profil recherché

  • Minimum
    5 ans d'expérience
    en vente BtoB dans un environnement technique (hébergement, cloud, datacenter, IT, infrastructures numériques…)
  • Aisance sur les
    cycles de vente complexes
    , multi-interlocuteurs
  • Solides compétences en
    prospection
    , négociation et argumentation
  • Compréhension des enjeux business et capacité à porter un discours technique clair
  • Maîtrise d'un
    CRM
  • Anglais professionnel apprécié
