BPCE has set itself the goal of becoming the leading banking group in the field of healthcare in France. This objective is also accompanied by the pursuit of the international development of this sector in collaboration with all the teams of Natixis, BPCE and its network of M&A boutiques.

Since the creation of the Healthcare team within Natixis, we advised some of the top pharma companies as well as innovative medtech or biotech players.

In that context and to continue to further develop the team, the Global Healthcare Sector is looking for a senior Analyst (at least two to three years of experience) / junior Associate (up to 5 years of professional experience) with the following skills:

  • Healthcare experience is mandatory

  • Interest or knowledge of the healthcare sector, its dynamics, and challenges.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the desire to accelerate the development of a team.

  • Autonomy to produce and deliver pitches, sector views and opinions in support of all the bank's products teams.

  • Pro-activity, creativity, and critical thinking to contribute to the development of solutions adapted to the needs of the client with a particular appetite and knowledge in the corporates field.

  • Knowledge in financial and strategic analysis.

  • Ability to interact at a high level with clients and prospects on strategic operations impacting their business and also with the bank's top management.

  • Team spirit.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Has demonstrated a first healthcare experience in an investment / commercial / corporate bank (M&A, ECM, Corporate Finance) or as an equity research analysis or consulting firm or in a business development department of a strategic player in the sector.

The candidate will join the Healthcare sector team, a global team supporting all Natixis CIB platforms. This team supports and advises clients in the healthcare sector in the different operations and products offered by Natixis. The Global Healthcare Industry sector works in collaboration with the Coverage & Advisory division and more broadly with Natixis Large Clients Banking division i.e. notably the Mergers & Acquisitions teams (internal and within the network of M&A boutiques), Capital Advisory, Acquisition & Strategic Finance, Debt Capital Market to promote and execute a wide range of transactions in the sector.
