**Airswift is currently looking for an Improvement and adaptation of the order/invoicing flow to work with our client an Oil and Gas COMPANY

Contexte de la mission
Projets / Missions Automatisation création des OTP
L'objectif est de simplifier et automatiser les 53 actions SAP nécessaires à la création d'une OTP avec l'utilisation d'un Robot à créer et tester avant mise en production 250 OTP à créer ? 250 × 53 = actions SAP
Réduction des erreurs (imputations, codification des OTP,…)
Réalisation des 250 OTP avec une macro à activer en un clic 31 mars 2026
Automatisation création des commandes chargées de maintenance L'objectif est d'automatiser le processus de création des commandes chargées de maintenance avec l'utilisation d'une Macro à créer et tester avant mise en production + de 150 commandes à créer au mois de Janvier Temps
Réalisation des 150 commandes avec une macro à activer en une clique sur bouton
Réduction des erreurs (Imputations, codes fournisseurs, libellés uniques)
Meilleur suivi des contrats au 31 janvier 2026
Formation des dépôts DPPV et DPCA
Finaliser la formation SAP des adjoints dépôt pour uniformiser les process et garantir un meilleur suivi ? 1000 commandes à créer sur l'ensemble des dépôts réceptions à réaliser Paiement de nos fournisseurs dans les délais au 31 janvier 2026
Création des commandes Annuelles 2026
Relance fournisseurs pour tarifs actualisés, création des commandes, communication des numéros et règles de facturation, accompagnement des dépôts dans cette mission. ? 20 commandes par dépôt (7 dépôts) ? ~140 commandes en début d'année
Meilleur suivi des prestations annuelle
Paiement de nos fournisseurs dans les délais
Meilleure organisation des missions Pôle assistant / Dépôts sur ces sujets au 31 Janvier 2026
Clôture commandes Annuelle 2025 Suivi avec les 7 dépôts, relance fournisseurs pour factures non parvenues, fermeture des commandes pour récupérer le budget, réception des reliquats. ? 20 commandes par dépôt (7 dépôts) ? ~140 commandes au 31 Janvier 2026
Mise à jour des fiches fournisseurs
Revoir l'ensemble des emails fournisseurs.
Garantir aux fournisseurs la réception de nos bons de commande sur la bonne adresse mail et assurer le lettrage des factures/virements
Création Annuaire fournisseur +500 fiches fournisseurs
Éviter les nombreuses relances liées à la non-réception des BDC ou des paiements au 31 janvier 2026**
