Your mission

As a Junior BDR (internship), your mission is to support the Sales team in generating qualified sales opportunities.
You are one of the first points of contact with our prospects and you contribute directly to Vizzia's sales momentum.

You will work closely with the Account Executives, the BDR Manager, and the Sales Manager, as well as with the Marketing, Product, and Operations teams.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify initial sales opportunities (local authorities, private sector, integration partners, etc.).

  • Actively participate in outbound prospecting: calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, etc.

  • Handle inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns.

  • Book qualified meetings for the Account Executives.

  • Collaborate with AEs on targeting strategies and account mapping.

  • Enrich and update the CRM (HubSpot) with rigor and accuracy.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of prospecting scripts, sequences, and processes.

Goals & KPIs
  • Book 4 to 6 qualified meetings per week (depending on ramp-up)

  • Reach an 8–10% conversion rate from calls/emails → meetings

  • Keep the CRM clean, complete, and up to date

  • Develop skills in sales outreach, qualification, and key messaging

Desired profile
  • Master's degree (Bac+5), business school or equivalent

  • Looking for a final-year internship only, available for a 6-month internship

  • Strong motivation to grow in SaaS sales, with the ambition to learn prospecting first and gradually move into more full-scope roles

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable

  • Commercial curiosity: eager to understand customer challenges, decision-making cycles, and market stakeholders

  • Fluent in French; English is a plus

  • A first prospecting experience (internship, apprenticeship, student job) is a plus, but motivation and willingness to learn matter most

Compensation

Gross monthly salary of €1,860 at 100% target achievement

  • €1,000 fixed monthly base + €860 monthly variable at 100% of your target

  • If you exceed your targets, you earn more variable compensation
