- Lead a team in our fulfillment center in Paris
- Operational responsibility for one of our fulfillment work streams (inbound, outbound, returns, PS)
- Help us to define and meet our operations goals, to ensure the highest quality experience for our customers
- Drive process improvements together with our operations and headquarter teams
- Scale operations of Hive in France as a core member of the Operations team

- Enthusiasm to build an early-stage VC-backed company and reshape D2C e-commerce fulfillment
- 1-2 years of experience, leading fulfillment teams is a plus
- Relentless drive and hands-on entrepreneurial mentality
- Fluency in both English and French
