Dans le cadre de l'ouverture d'un nouvel établissement haut de gamme à Boulogne-Billancourt, nous recherchons
un(e) Directeur(trice) Sales & Marketing
pour piloter la stratégie commerciale et marketing de l'hôtel. L'établissement comprendra:

  • 240 chambres
  • Une forte capacité Corporate & MICE = je remplacerais par Un hôtel résolument lifestyle situé dans une nouvelle destination de l'ouest parisien
  • 3 espaces de restauration
  • Un Spa
  • Plusieurs salles de séminaires modulables

Missions principales:

Stratégie commerciale & développement

  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie commerciale globale (Corporate, MICE, Loisirs).
  • Définir les objectifs de vente et les plans d'action pour atteindre les résultats.
  • Identifier et développer les opportunités de marché, notamment sur le segment corporate local et loisirs international.

Marketing & communication

  • Définir la stratégie de communication marketing et digitale pour planifier le lancement et établir la notoriété de l'hôtel.
  • Superviser les campagnes de communication, relations presse, réseaux sociaux
  • Elaborer des partenariats stratégiques dans les domaines de l'art et de la culture
  • Assurer la cohérence de l'image de marque sur tous les supports.

Revenue Management & pricing

  • Collaborer étroitement avec le Revenue Manager pour optimiser le taux d'occupation et le RevPAR.
  • Mettre en place une politique tarifaire dynamique et compétitive.
  • Veille concurrentielle

Relations clients & partenariats

  • Développer et entretenir les relations avec les grands comptes, agences événementielles, TO et OTA.
  • Participer aux salons professionnels et événements de networking.
  • Organiser des événements réguliers au sein de l'hôtel pour accroître sa notoriété
  • Invitations clients/ Fam trips sur les marchés prioritaires

Management & coordination

  • Encadrer l'équipe Sales & Marketing (commerciaux, marketing digital, communication).
  • Travailler en synergie avec les autres départements (hébergement, restauration, spa, séminaires).

Conditions:

  • Poste en CDI – Disponibilité immédiate pour préparation de l'ouverture.
  • Rémunération attractive selon profil + variable sur objectifs.
  • Poste basé à Boulogne-Billancourt.
  • Type d'emploi : Temps plein, CDI

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Expérience confirmée (minimum 5 ans) en tant que Directeur(trice) Commercial(e) ou Sales & Marketing dans l'hôtellerie haut de gamme.
  • Excellente connaissance du marché Corporate & MICE en Île-de-France.
  • Maîtrise des outils de CRM, Channel Manager, RMS et des leviers digitaux.
  • Leadership, sens stratégique, orientation résultats.
  • Anglais courant indispensable, une autre langue est un plus.
