DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Global Account Director to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our most important customers and partners.

You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring long-term value creation, driving revenue growth, and aligning client objectives with our strategic goals.

As a Global Account Director, you will:

  • Lead the overall strategy, management, and growth of designated strategic accounts.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, and upselling.
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, technical, and operations) to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of client needs.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  • Prepare and deliver business reviews, performance reports, and strategic roadmaps for clients.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Global Account Director:

  • Proven experience (7+ years) in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in IT, cybersecurity, or technology distribution.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing large, complex accounts.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to think strategically while driving day-to-day execution.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred).

  • Availability for frequent business travel
