Quai de la photo est un centre d'art dédié à la photographie contemporaine, avec une librairie et une salle d'exposition

dédiée.

Un lieu où l'image, le goût et la rencontre se mêlent, avec une équipe engagée et une programmation rythmée par des

soirées inspirantes.

Bar festif, finger food de qualité et événements culturels au bord de la Seine.

Nous recherchons un(e) Responsable Food & Drink en CDI pour piloter le bar et la restauration, encadrer les équipes

et contribuer à l'animation du lieu. Vous contribuez de manière active à établir une ambiance chaleureuse et

bienveillante pour l'ensemble de l'équipe.

TON RÔLE :

Être le bras droit du responsable de site pour coordonner le bar et la restauration rapide.

Recruter, intégrer et former les membres de votre équipe selon la saison.

Motiver, coacher et accompagner une équipe allant de 3 à 15 personnes selon la période.

Gérer plannings, stocks, commandes et fournisseurs avec rigueur.

Garantir la qualité, l'hygiène (HACCP) et la sécurité sur l'ensemble de votre périmètre.

Participer à l'animation festive et à l'amélioration continue de l'expérience client.

Et qui sait… préparer un jour votre propre projet avec l'expérience acquise ici.

Coordonner votre équipe lors des temps forts : soirées, événements privés, programmations culturelles.

Assurer une présence terrain pour garder l'ambiance fluide et maîtrisée.

Veiller à la cohésion et à la motivation de l'équipe même en haute saison.

Suivre et analyser les performances économiques (CA, ratios, marges) et proposer des améliorations.

Collaborer avec la direction et l'équipe événementielle pour optimiser l'offre lors des programmations culturelles.

Participer à l'élaboration des cartes boissons et restauration rapide en lien avec les tendances et la demande client.

Garantir la conformité administrative et réglementaire de l'activité (HACCP, affichages obligatoires, suivi des formations).

Mettre votre grain de sel dans tout ce qui peut faire briller le service.

TOI, EN QUELQUES LIGNES…

Leader – Engagé(e) – Investi(e).

3 ans minimum d'expérience en gestion d'équipe dans le bar ou la restauration.

Organisation, rigueur, sens du service et goût du terrain.

Disponible en soirée, week-ends et jours fériés.

Vous savez gérer la pression tout en gardant le sourire.

CE QU'ON T'OFFRE :

CDI – Statut Agent de maîtrise – Convention collective HCR.

Contrat 169 heures par mois – 2 jours de repos consécutifs.

Fermeture annuelle : au moins 1 semaine de congés entre Noël et le Nouvel An.
