? Ta mission

Ton rôle : être le garant technique des intégrations et le point d?entrée côté client lors des projets CIAM.

Tu interviens du cadrage à la mise en production et travailles main dans la main avec les équipes tech, product et QA.

Tes responsabilités :

Piloter la delivery de plusieurs projets d?intégration CIAM (du cadrage jusqu?à la mise en prod).

Concevoir l?architecture cible : authentification, OAuth2/OIDC, RGPD/consentements, synchronisation CRM/CDP/MDM, web & mobile.

Définir les patterns d?intégration (API, SDK, webhooks, imports/exports).

Industrialiser l?onboarding client : création/évolution de playbooks, checklists, templates.

Coordonner les acteurs internes et externes : Tech, Product, QA, CSM, Sales, partenaires intégrateurs.

Garantir la qualité, la sécurité, la conformité et le respect des délais sur chaque projet.

Assurer un support N2/N3 sur les projets en run, en binôme avec les devs & devops.

Maintenir une expertise produit et remonter les besoins d?évolution au Product.

Profil candidat:

Bac+5 (école d?ingénieur ou équivalent).

5 à 10 ans d?expérience en Technical Integration, Professional Services, Delivery Management ou Chef de projet technique.

Idéalement une première expérience chez un éditeur SaaS ou sur l?intégration de solutions IAM/CIAM.

Solide compréhension technique : API, Web, sécurité, architectures distribuées, SDK.

Capacité à cadrer, structurer, anticiper et piloter plusieurs projets simultanément.

Excellentes compétences de communication, relation client et coordination.

Français courant & anglais professionnel.

? Tu n?as pas besoin d?être développeur au quotidien, mais tu dois être suffisamment technique pour comprendre, challenger, expliquer et guider les clients.
