Manager, Commercial Operations (Business Development Team Manager EMEA)
We are looking for candidates have strong Healthcare Logistics experience or come from a Pharmaceutical/Clinical Research Organisation or CDMO

We also can consider other locations, UK, Germany, Netherlands

Job Purpose:

To lead a team of BD professionals in the EMEA region.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Leading a team of Business Development professionals in EMEA.
Developing the team to reach their full potential
Training new team members and being responsible for their onboarding.
Coaching the team members based on your experience in Sales.
Communicating clear expectations and following up on KPIs.
Improving existing processes and developing new ones to drive efficiency.
Developing sales plans with the BDs, monitoring the progresses.
Hiring new BDs Performing data analysis, supporting BDs in strategic clients' meetings.

Requirements:
A bachelor's degree 5-7 years of sales or marketing experience.
Good knowledge of the clinical trial industry.
An existing strong network of clients in the healthcare logistics industry.
Experience in leading a sales team.
Readiness to participate in conferences and marketing events.
Flexible attitude and able to adapt to dynamic environments.
