Licorne Society a été missionné par une startup en pleine croissance pour les aider à trouver leur Head of Operations H/FLe posteDescriptif du posteObjectifsLe/la Head of Ops aura un rôle clé dans notre croissance.Améliorer l' expérience client et augmenter la valeur générée par nos comptes (NRR >100%).Encadrer et monitorer l' activation produit (time-to-value, adoption, expansion).Structurer et faire grandir l'équipe Ops (CSM, Onboarding, Support, Tech Ops) pour combiner rigueur, delivery et satisfaction client.Prioriser, Exécuter et Scaler les projets stratégiques en respectant les deadlines et en pilotant un pipeline clair.Poser une culture business-first et data-driven , en alignement avec Sales & Product. Missions principalesDay to DayManager et accompagner l'équipe Ops (CSMs, Onboarding, Support, Tech Ops).Suivre les KPIs clés : NRR, churn, activation, Time-to-Value, NPS.Superviser l'onboarding clients et garantir une mise en production rapide & réussie.Assurer la qualité du support avec SLA clairs et base de connaissances vivante.Gérer les escalades clients stratégiques et être la voix de l'utilisateur.MoreRecruter, former et développer les talents de l'équipe Ops.Piloter le pipeline de projets transverses (process, intégrations, product feedback).Mettre en place des boucles de feedback entre Ops Product Sales.Définir et améliorer les processus (playbooks CSM, scoring client, churn playbooks).Industrialiser les Ops grâce à l'automatisation (CRM, helpdesk, analytics).Contribuer à l'activation produit, à la stratégie d'expansion internationale et à l'amélioration continue.Profil recherché ‍Profil recherchéBusiness-driven : tu sais analyser la donnée, prioriser et prendre des décisions orientées croissance.Project manager : tu sais livrer, piloter un pipeline multi-projets et tenir les deadlines.Manager dans l'âme : tu as déjà encadré une équipe et tu sais coacher au quotidien.Leader-exécuteur : tu combines vision stratégique et capacité d'exécution opérationnelle.Culture Ops : structuration de process, rigueur dans le suivi, gestion du volume sans perdre de vue la qualité.Commercial mindset : tu comprends les enjeux ARR/MRR/NRR et sais contribuer à l'upsell & rétention.Tech friendly : à l'aise avec outils SaaS (HubSpot, PostHog, Intercom, Zapier/Make), APIs et automatisation.Langues : français et anglais indispensables (une 3ᵉ langue est un plus).Bonus : tu es passionné par le SaaS B2B ou l'univers TravelTech .Ce que tu trouveras chez l'entrepriseRémunération attractive (+ BSPCE possible).Rôle clef au coeur du business, futur C-level8 à 10 jours de congés supplémentaires (RTT)Mutuelle Alan , TR Swile , 50% Navigo- .Prime annuelle de 1% du chiffre d'affaires global redistribuée.Afterworks d'équipe mensuels- .Et surtout :Une startup rentable, en forte croissance % y/y), sur fonds propres (bootstrap).Environnement de travail central et convivial à Poissonnière (Paris 10e).Des cofondateurs impliqués et une culture entrepreneuriale responsabilisante.Une industrie en pleine transformation digitale avec des défis passionnants.Une équipe soudée, passionnée et humaine- .Déroulement des entretiensProcess de recrutementEntretien en ligne de qualification avec Charles (CEO & founder - 45 min)Rencontre avec Roberto (Head of Ops) et cas pratique (60 min).Entretien final avec Jérémy (CTO & founder) et l'équipe OPS (90 min – présentiel possible).Pour postuler : Il suffit de déposer son CV (ou un lien LinkedIn).
