Paris, Île-de-France JOTELULU France Temps plein

A little background

Who exactly are we?

Our story is the one of a group of Cloud and technology enthusiasts who always had a clear goal: make things much easier for tech companies. Since no one was really stepping up to fill that gap in Spain's Cloud sector, we figured—why not build our own product?

We started small, and now we're over 130 people and still growing. Today, Jotelulu's products are used in thousands of offices and businesses in retail, construction, industry, hospitality, transportation, and more, across over 8 countries in Europe and the Americas.

Every step we take is driven by the desire to do things better, bring something new, and shake things up—because that's the only way innovation truly has meaning.

The challenge

What are we up to these days?

After years of growth and continuous improvement, Jotelulu is at a key moment. We're scaling fast across Europe and Latin America, expanding our product portfolio—Servers, Remote Desktop, DRaaS, File/Object Storage, and Marketplace—while strengthening our partner-first model.

France represents one of our fastest-growing and most strategic markets. Our goal? To become the go-to Cloud platform for French IT companies, helping them deliver simple, profitable, and scalable cloud services to SMEs.

That's where you come in.

The role

What are we looking for?

We're looking for an outstanding Country Manager – French Market to lead Jotelulu's growth and operations in France.

This is a strategic leadership role where you'll drive revenue, lead our local team, and represent Jotelulu as the face of the company in the region. You'll be responsible for expanding our market presence, strengthening channel partnerships, and ensuring sustainable business growth—always aligned with our global mission: to simplify the Cloud for IT companies.

You'll report directly to the Executive Team and lead both direct and indirect contributors (KAMs, TAMs, SDRs, and Marketing Specialists), ensuring full alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

What you'll own and drive

Leadership & Strategy

  • Act as the strategic leader for France, representing Jotelulu internally and externally.
  • Develop and execute a country-specific business plan aligned with global goals.
  • Build and nurture long-term customer and partner relationships that drive success.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Product to deliver a unified go-to-market strategy.

Team Development & Management

  • Hire, coach, and retain a high-performing team of sales professionals.
  • Foster a culture based on our core values: Joy, Ownership, Trust, and Effectiveness (J.O.T.E.).
  • Deliver ongoing coaching, mentoring, and training to enhance sales capability and partner engagement.

Sales Execution & Partner Development

  • Drive a multi-product sales strategy across MSPs, ISVs, and software distributors.
  • Oversee end-to-end sales cycles—from prospecting and pipeline management to deal closing.
  • Strengthen partner-led growth through channel enablement and joint business plans.
  • Define KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure revenue and forecast goals are consistently met or exceeded.

Day-to-day tasks

  • Lead weekly team syncs and individual 1:1s to align goals, track progress, and support development.
  • Manage key partner relationships, attending strategic meetings and QBRs.
  • Review sales pipelines, ensuring healthy deal flow and accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to tailor campaigns for the French market.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor movements, and partner performance to adjust go-to-market strategies.
  • Work with Product and Operations to ensure seamless delivery and partner satisfaction.
  • Prepare business reviews and performance reports for the Executive Team.
  • Represent Jotelulu at industry events, conferences, and partner gatherings across France.
  • Travel regularly between France and Madrid HQ for leadership alignment and team collaboration.

  • CRM & Sales Tracking:
    Salesforce

    Jira, Confluence
  • Communication & Collaboration:
    Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoiper
