Contexte de la mission Au sein de l'équipe Customer & Sales Solutions, le/la consultant(e) sera le garant de l'efficacité opérationnelle et technique des services digitaux (Site Factory, Portails Clients). Son rôle est pivot : il/elle assure l'interface technique entre les Product Owners, l'Architecte interne et les équipes de développement externes. Il/Elle ne se contente pas de piloter l'activité, mais met en œuvre des solutions techniques pour fluidifier le delivery et garantir la qualité Web des livrables.

Responsabilités & Missions
Ingénierie & Automatisation (Hands-on)

  • Scripting & Outillage : Développer et maintenir des scripts (Python, Bash, Apps Script) pour automatiser les tâches manuelles, le monitoring et la gestion des licences.
  • Cloud Ops : Administrer les ressources GCP (IAM, Compute, BDD) et gérer la configuration Cloudflare en autonomie.
  • Support Technique Avancé : Être le bras droit technique des Product Owners pour traduire les besoins fonctionnels en tickets techniques précis.

Contrôle Qualité & Standards Web

  • Challenge des Prestataires : Analyser critiquement les livraisons. Ne pas se limiter au code pur, mais vérifier la robustesse de l'architecture et la conformité aux standards.
  • Sécurité & Réseau : S'assurer de la bonne configuration des protections (WAF) et de la résolution DNS lors des lancements de nouveaux sites.
  • Gestion des Incidents (P1) : En cas d'incident majeur, piloter l'investigation technique, analyser les logs et guider les développeurs vers la résolution rapide.

Coordination Opérationnelle

  • Hygiène du Backlog : Monitorer quotidiennement les files d'attente (Jira / ServiceNow). S'assurer que les tickets ne stagnent pas et que les bloqueurs sont levés rapidement.
  • Pilotage de l'activité : Suivre les KPIs de performance et de qualité, et produire les reportings factuels pour les comités.
  • FinOps : Suivre et optimiser les coûts d'infrastructure (GCP, Cloudflare) et de licences.

Profil Recherché
Compétences Techniques (Hard Skills) :

  • Scripting : Maîtrise d'un langage de scripting (Python, JS/Node ou Shell) pour l'automatisation.
  • Cloud : Expérience avérée sur le Cloud Public (GCP).
  • Outils : Expertise sur Jira (Workflows, JQL) et ServiceNow.

Ce qui fera la différence (Les "Plus" Candidat)

  • Culture Web & Infrastructure : Une compréhension fine des technologies qui font tourner le web (Gestion des DNS, configuration WAF, règles de Caching/CDN) ainsi que des enjeux fonctionnels (SEO Technique, Accessibilité/RGAA).
  • Niveau d'Anglais : Une aisance réelle à l'écrit comme à l'oral est indispensable pour interagir quotidiennement avec des équipes techniques internationales et les Business Units du groupe.
  • Usage de l'IA Générative : Vous utilisez quotidiennement des outils type ChatGPT ou Copilot pour accélérer votre production de scripts, optimiser du code ou rédiger de la documentation technique.
  • Présence & Collaboration : Vous valorisez le travail en équipe et la présence sur site (Aubervilliers) pour fluidifier les échanges avec les Product Owners et l'Architecte (vs un profil cherchant du "Full Remote").
