Nous recherchons notre futur(e) Risk / KYC Officer, tu joueras un rôle clé dans la vérification de la cohérence des documents KYC (Know Your Customer) fournis par nos clients, en veillant à ce qu'ils répondent aux exigences réglementaires et aux normes de conformité de Pixpay. Tu seras responsable de la collecte, de l'analyse et de la validation des informations nécessaires pour établir et maintenir des relations clients conformes.

Les missions :

  • Participer aux revues KYC, notamment sur les dossiers sensibles, incomplets ou atypiques

  • Contribuer à l'amélioration des processus de contrôle client (onboarding, revue périodique, etc.)

  • Analyser les alertes LCB-FT issues de nos outils de surveillance (transactions, comportements, profils)

  • Qualifier les cas, faire des investigations, proposer des suites (demande d'informations, déclarations TRACFIN…)

  • Collaborer avec les équipes support et tech pour traiter les cas et sécuriser les parcours

  • Documenter les analyses et assurer le reporting des activités de conformité
