The London Head of General Services will lead the General Services department for the London office. This will include:

  • Develop and implement strategies for efficient office management and service delivery

  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies across all office locations

  • Oversee facility management, including maintenance, renovations, and security

  • Be responsible for Health and Safety, inclusive of Fire Evacuation Procedures and DSE

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to organise insurance related to the premises

  • Plan and manage events, both internal and hosting of market events

  • Coordinate with IT and HR departments to support organizational needs

  • Participate to the Net Zero Carbon ambition and other sustainability company goals.
