Mid-Market Customer Success Manager (French/English/Swedish)
Location: Paris (Hybrid 3 days office / 2 remote)
Salary: 45,00050,000 basic | 60,000 OTE
Our client is a global leader in cross-border eCommerce, helping major retail brands expand into new international markets. Their platform simplifies global selling combining localisation, logistics, payments, and analytics to deliver seamless, localised shopping experiences in over 200 destinations worldwide.
The OpportunityWere hiring a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager to join the Paris team and support the ongoing success of their European client base.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious graduate or early-career professional from a top university, ideally with a background in Mathematics, Economics, or Similar, whos eager to build a commercial career in the global eCommerce space.
Youll manage relationships with a portfolio of key clients, using data-driven insights to improve performance, drive growth, and deliver real business impact.
Fluency in French and English is essential, with Swedish a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of mid-market clients, ensuring excellent communication and support.
- Analyse client data, KPIs, and performance trends to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, including senior management.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell new solutions.
- Prepare and present client performance reviews (QBRs) and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of service and solutions.
- Proactively flag risks and identify areas for improvement.
- Degree from a top-tier university in Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Up to 1 year of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing commercial role (internships included).
- Fluent in French and English (Swedish a plus).
- Strong numerical and analytical mindset confident interpreting and presenting data.
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
- Commercially curious with a genuine interest in eCommerce and technology.
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
