Contract : Fixed term

Position location: 1 rue de Senlis, Moussy-le-Vieux 77230 FRA

Your missions:

Reporting to a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Your day-to-day activities:


• Organise and manage sales contracts concluded by sales representatives

• Record customer orders and ensure that they are carried out correctly

• Manage customer relations

• Anticipate potential malfunctions or risks of customer dissatisfaction

• Resolve problems collaboratively with customers and the Tereos organisation (Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance)  

Your profil:

BTEC in commerce, sales and/or equivalent experience of at least 3 years in sales administration, customer relations, customer collection.


Bilingual (English and French essential).

German would be a plus.
