Présentation du poste

Lunéa est un projet en cours de lancement, dédié à l'amélioration de l'expérience client et du confort dans des lieux premium, notamment dans les secteurs de la restauration et de l'hôtellerie à Paris.

Dans ce contexte, nous recherchons une personne motivée pour contribuer au développement commercial et aux opérations terrain, au sein d'un projet entrepreneurial en phase de structuration.

Le poste offre une vision concrète du développement d'un projet B2B, avec une forte exposition au terrain et aux échanges avec des établissements haut de gamme.

Responsabilités

  • Participer à la prospection et à la prise de contact avec des établissements premium (restaurants, cafés, lieux événementiels)
  • Contribuer à l'organisation et au suivi des échanges commerciaux et rendez-vous
  • Aider à structurer les outils et process de développement commercial (CRM, suivi prospects, relances)
  • Apporter un soutien aux opérations terrain et à la coordination des actions
  • Participer à la réflexion stratégique autour du positionnement et du développement du projet

Profil recherché

  • Intérêt marqué pour le business development, l'hospitality ou l'expérience client
  • À l'aise à l'oral, avec un bon sens du contact
  • Autonomie, curiosité et capacité à s'impliquer dans un projet en construction
  • À l'aise dans un environnement flexible et évolutif
  • Une première expérience (stage, alternance ou projet) en commercial, marketing ou hôtellerie-restauration est un plus
