t pour accompagner la mise en œuvre de notre stratégie marketing et contribuer activement à nos objectifs de croissance.

Notre objectif ? Générer un flux régulier de leads qualifiés, optimiser nos parcours clients et renforcer le nurturing de nos prospects afin de garantir le remplissage de nos résidence
s.

Missions

Marketing & Communication:

  • Booster notre visibilité en mettant en ligne nos annonces sur nos plateformes partenaires et en garantissant leur performance.

  • Rédiger des contenus SEO impactants qui feront rayonner nos résidences et renforceront notre acquisition organique.

  • Participer à la création et à l'envoi de communications clients (emails commerciaux, newsletters, programmes de fidélité…).

  • Contribuer activement au développement de projets marketing à fort impact : programme de parrainage, campagnes corporate, améliorations du parcours utilisateur, etc.

Études & Stratégie:

  • Mener des études clients (quantitatives et qualitatives) pour mieux comprendre leurs attentes et optimiser nos actions.

  • Réaliser des benchmarks réguliers : analyse des concurrents, pricing, communication, offres… pour nourrir nos décisions stratégiques.

  • Apporter ton soutien analytique sur des projets clés et participer à la définition de recommandations marketing structurantes.

Profil recherché :

  • Etudiant en dernière année d'école de commerce ou en Master
  • Une première expérience en marketing, sales ou consulting est un vrai plus.
  • Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles en français, bonne aisance à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
  • Intérêt marqué pour le secteur immobilier, le digital et le marketing de contenu.
  • Rigueur, autonomie, curiosité et esprit d'initiative, autonomie et polyvalence.
