Nous recherchons notre prochain stagiaire pour 6 mois en tant qu'assistant(e) Customer Success Manager à partir de Décembre 2025.

Feefty est une Fintech spécialisée dans les produits d'investissement sur-mesure liés aux marchés financiers (Produits Structurés). Dédiée aux professionnels de la finance, notre plateforme permet aux utilisateurs de créer et de suivre leurs produits en totale autonomie.

Description Du Poste

  • Suivi et gestion des étapes post-trades
  • Gestion et développement de la base CRM
  • Gestion de la mise en place des conventions
  • Interaction quotidienne avec l'ensemble des équipes
  • Amélioration des processus opérationnels et outils

Profil Recherché
Profil recherché:

Diplômé(e) en Finance, Banque, Assurance, Gestion ou Économie avec de bonnes connaissances en finance de marché et si possible en produits dérivés, vous avez idéalement acquis une première expérience sur un poste similaire (stage ou alternance acceptés).

Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques classiques (Excel notamment et ses fonctions avancées), vous avez des bases VBA et possédez un niveau d'anglais professionnel écrit et oral.

Vous aimez l'esprit start-up et n'avez pas peur de relever de nouveaux challenges

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre autonomie, votre sens relationnel ainsi que votre esprit d'équipe

Dans le cadre de votre prise de poste, vous serez, bien entendu, accompagné(e) et intégré(e) par l'équipe pour une montée en compétence progressive.
