Our flagship solution, Aniah OneCheck, is already deployed and evaluated by Tier-1 semiconductor companies worldwide, enabling earlier bug detection, higher design robustness, and significant productivity gains for analog and AMS design teams.
We are now scaling commercial operations globally and are looking for a seasoned EDA sales leader to drive adoption across strategic regions.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in EDA tools for analog and mixed-signal design, capable of managing complex enterprise sales cycles with top semiconductor companies.
You will own revenue growth and strategic account development, working closely with executive leadership, application engineering, and R&D.
This role is ideal for a hands-on, senior sales professional who understands both IC design flows and how to sell disruptive EDA technology into conservative, high-stakes engineering environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales & Business Development: drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth for Aniah solutions, manage complex sales cycles with Tier-1 and Tier-2 semiconductor companies, build and execute regional sales strategies aligned with Aniah's global objectives, Lead negotiations, pricing strategy and contract closure (enterprise licenses, pilots, evaluations)
- Strategic Account Management: Develop long-term relationships with engineering leadership (Design Managers, Directors, VPs), Position Aniah as a strategic partner, Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Technical & Go-To-Market Alignment: work closely with Application Engineering during evaluations and PoCs, translate customer pain points into actionable product and roadmap feedback, contribute to go-to-market messaging, value propositions, and competitive positioning
- Ecosystem & Partnerships: engage with regional partners, distributors and ecosystem stakeholders when relevant, represent Aniah at industry events, technical reviews, and executive meetings
Required Experience & Profile
- 10+ years of experience in EDA sales or business development
- Proven track record selling analog / mixed-signal / custom IC EDA tools
- Strong understanding of analog & mixed-signal design flows and challenges
- Experience selling to Tier-1 semiconductor companies (IDMs or fabless)
- Ability to operate autonomously in a startup / scale-up environment
- Existing network in Taiwanese, US or European semiconductor ecosystems
- Prior experience with disruptive or first-of-its-kind EDA solutions
- Experience working with application engineers in technical sales contexts
