About Quantilia
Quantilia is a premier Fintech platform providing institutional investors with transparency and data-driven insights into quantitative investment strategies. As we aggressively expand our footprint, we are looking for a relentless Business Development Intern to fuel our sales pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting.
The Role: Drive Growth through Direct Outreach
This is a pure "hunter" role. You will not be waiting for leads to come to you; you will be the engine generating them. You will work directly under the Regional Head of Sales to identify and penetrate new accounts.
Core Responsibilities:
- High-Volume Outbound Prospecting: Executing daily cold-calling campaigns to C-suite executives, Head of Research, and CIOs
- Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying key decision-makers within Dutch pension funds, insurance firms, and asset managers.
- Pitch Development: Crafting and refining persuasive elevator pitches that communicate Quantilia's value proposition in under 60 seconds.
- CRM Management: Maintaining a meticulous record of all interactions in our CRM to ensure no follow-up is missed.
- Appointment Setting: Successfully converting cold conversations into qualified demo meetings for our Senior Sales Team.

- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills. You must be comfortable and confident on the phone.

- Ambition: A strong desire to build a career in high-ticket Fintech sales or Investment Banking.
- Commercial Mindset: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, or a related field with a clear interest in the financial markets.
