Missions

The Head of Performance & Growth drives Veesion's performance engine, ensuring our funnel becomes predictable, profitable, and scalable across markets. You oversee end-to-end performance execution by managing Paid Acquisition & Lifecycle Operations, enhancing ROI, and converting insights into tangible results.

This position demands primarily hands-on work backed by strategic thinking when necessary, requiring robust collaboration with Sales, SDR, RevOps, and Field teams.

Your direct reports include:

  • Paid Acquisition Manager

  • Lifecycle & Marketing Operations Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesFunnel Performance & Efficiency
  • Develop central performance framework.

  • Identify bottlenecks via data analysis (HubSpot, Metabase, SQL, GSheets).

  • Boost connect, SQL, and opportunity rates through prioritization, segmentation, and workflow coordination.

  • Track funnel health indicators.

  • Facilitate handovers between Paid, Lifecycle, and SDR teams.

Attribution, Data & ROI Visibility
  • Manage attribution model.

  • Create ROI dashboards with RevOps.

  • Ensure reporting accuracy and team adoption.

  • Short-term: fix UTMs, source mapping, routing, deduplication, dashboards.

  • Track payback trends to refine strategy.

  • Deliver monthly performance reports.

Paid Acquisition Performance
  • Set testing & prioritization agenda.

  • Allocate spending to meet SQL & payback targets.

  • Guide decisions using cost, volume, and revenue insights.

  • Verify lead quality with Sales and RevOps.

  • Convert insights into action plans.

Creative Performance & Insights
  • Evaluate creative elements (hooks, formats, thumbnails, narratives).

  • Run comparisons and data explorations.

  • Organize testing cadence and governance.

  • Aggregate cross-market learnings for scalable patterns.

  • Align priorities with Paid and Brand teams.

  • Deliver data-driven insights to PMM & Brand.

Cross-Team Growth Strategy & Market Adaptation
  • Customize market-specific growth playbooks.

  • Align performance priorities across teams.

  • Identify high-ROI opportunities from data patterns.

  • Support scenario planning with CMO.

You're a Great Match If
  • You have robust experience, approximately 7-10 years in Growth, Performance Marketing, Demand Generation, or Marketing Ops within B2B SaaS or SMB high-velocity environments.

  • You excel with HubSpot and thoroughly understand lead routing, lifecycle stages, and multi-stage funnels.

  • You're genuinely collaborative: you've previously worked cross-functionally with Sales and SDR teams, and can effectively manage both Paid Acquisition and Lifecycle/Ops functions.

  • You thrive in environments needing structure and can work effectively with incomplete and messy data, bringing experience in multi-touch or ABM-light orchestration.

  • You balance strategic thinking with practical execution, knowing how to implement growth frameworks and set effective priorities.

Nice to Have
  • Experience designing dashboards (Looker Studio, Metabase, HubSpot custom reports)

  • Experience with paid channels (Meta/Google/LinkedIn) or managing agencies

  • Knowledge of outbound sequencing and enrichment tools

  • Experience in multi-market organisations

  • International experience (US focused)
