Your Role:

As an Account Manager at StratX Simulations, you'll play a crucial role in our growth by:

  • Prospecting in the corporate (B2B) market, engaging with training officers, HR managers, marketing managers, and sales managers.
  • Identifying new prospects, reaching out through various traditional and social media, webinars, demos, and closing sales.
  • Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring order renewals, expanding sales, and cross-selling.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Customer follow-up : advanced knowledge of the corporate sales environment, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, Hubspot and educational IT tools

Your Profile:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Ideally, a Master's degree in business studies.
  • Previous corporate (B2B) sales experience.
  • Fluency in English, and French proficiency is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong team player and top performer with curiosity and autonomy.
  • Comfortable in multi-cultural business environments.
