dans le secteur de la santé naturelle, un(e)
Head of Controlling
en CDI à Paris.
Véritable bras droit du CFO, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la structuration et le pilotage de la performance du Groupe. Vous assurerez les missions suivantes :
- Pilotage de la performance Groupe : garantir la qualité de l'information financière et la compréhension de la performance du Groupe, encadrer les équipes Controlling et piloter les clôtures mensuelles en optimisant les process, et développer une vraie culture cashflow au-delà du P&L.
- Pilotage de la performance Opérationnelle : superviser la performance commerciale, industrielle, achats, logistique et coûts fixes, suivre les Capex, les plans d'amélioration et challenger les directions pour optimiser rentabilité et ressources, piloter le suivi de la génération de cash, les variations de BFR et les prévisions inhérentes.
- FP&A : Piloter les budgets, forecasts et BP, déployer des outils de reporting performants et préparer la mise en place d'un EPM.
- Management & leadership : management de l'équipe Controlling, coordination avec les directions opérationnelles, et partie-prenante de la stratégie globale du Groupe.
Votre profil :
- Vous êtes diplômé d'une école de commerce, d'ingénieur, ou d'une université de premier plan.
- Vous justifiez d'une expérience de 8 ans minimum en controlling dans un environnement en croissance dans le secteur industriel / logistique.
- Vous connaissez les environnements LBO et PE-backed.
- Vous êtes agile et prêt à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique et en forte croissance.
- Vous avez un esprit d'équipe.
