, nous recherchons un(e)
Head of Marketplace freelance
pour piloter l'activité sur une période clé.
La mission
Rattaché(e) à une direction e-commerce / digitale, vous êtes responsable de la
performance globale de la marketplace
:
- Définir et piloter la stratégie marketplace (offre, vendeurs, croissance, rentabilité)
- Structurer et optimiser les process d'onboarding, animation et performance vendeurs
- Piloter les KPIs clés : GMV, CA, marge, taux d'activation, qualité catalogue, expérience client
- Travailler en transverse avec les équipes produit, tech, data, logistique, marketing
- Contribuer à l'amélioration continue de la plateforme et des parcours vendeurs / clients
- Accompagner les équipes internes dans une logique très opérationnelle et orientée résultats
Le profil recherché
- Expérience confirmée en pilotage de marketplace (B2C ou B2B)
- Très bonne compréhension des enjeux e-commerce, sellers, catalogue, pricing et ops
- À l'aise dans des environnements complexes et transverses
- Leadership, autonomie, forte orientation business et delivery
- Capacité à "mettre les mains dedans" tout en gardant une vision stratégique
