Junior Product Manager - Paris
MISSIONS
Category analysis and management
: define and optimise the product mix (pricing, visibility, performance, promotions); launch new products; provide recommendations for local innovations and product range rationalisation.

Marketing campaigns:
develop and coordinate 360° marketing campaigns for the
Sushi Daily
and
Happy Tokyo
brands, including activations, POS materials, merchandising, product launches, promotional mechanics, and challenges. Provide support across the full local marketing mix in coordination with internal and external stakeholders (agencies, retailers, partners, internal teams). Conduct ongoing performance analysis, deliver recommendations, and prepare campaign reviews for internal teams.

Marketing materials: create, update, and manage marketing assets related to store openings (windows, kiosks, and other concepts).

Merchandising strategy
: manage merchandising strategy and related tools, ensuring implementation control, long-term follow-up, and performance analysis.

Data analysis:
analyze and share retailer data, including purchasing panels, NPS scores, and ad hoc data.

Team management:
supervise an intern.

Working hours: 39 hours per week,
