Nous recherchons un·e subject matter expert , Salesforce, Expert-Level partageant notre passion pour l'innovation et le changement. Ce rôle est essentiel pour aider nos partenaires à évoluer et à s'adapter aux attentes personnalisées des consommateurs dans cette nouvelle ère technologique.

Ce qui vous aidera à réussir:

  • Excellente maîtrise de l'écosystème Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Einstein)
  • Expérience en ingénierie de solution et leadership en avant-vente
  • Capacité à mener des ateliers de cadrage métier et des démonstrations à haut niveau
  • Aisance avec la démarche de découverte client et de storytelling orienté valeur
  • Bonne compréhension des problématiques d'intégration (API, LWC, Apex, MuleSoft)
  • Connaissance des enjeux liés à la Data Architecture et à l'écosystème Tableau
  • Anglais professionnel obligatoire (projets internationaux)

  • Strong expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Einstein)
  • Experience in solution engineering and pre-sales leadership
  • Ability to lead business workshops and high-level executive demos
  • Skilled in customer discovery and value-based storytelling
  • Solid understanding of integration challenges (API, LWC, Apex, MuleSoft)
  • Knowledge of data architecture and familiarity with Tableau
  • Professional fluency in English (international project environment)
