About the role

The FP&A & Accounting team ensures the structuring, consistency, and reliability of financial processes. In a context where accounting operations are outsourced, the main challenge is to guarantee data quality, robust information systems, and effective management of external partners.

We are looking for a profile combining accounting expertise, understanding of financial tools, and strong project/change management skills. You will play a key role in modernizing the finance landscape, actively contributing to the deployment of new tools and the continuous improvement of processes.

• Financial Systems Management & Continuous Improvement:
• Ensure proper configuration, consistency, and updating of all financial information systems (ERP, accounting modules, reporting tools).
• Support the functional evolution of existing tools, propose optimizations, and manage their implementation.
• Actively participate in the deployment of a treasury management tool (configuration, testing, integration, training).
• Contribute to the deployment of automated accounting entries solutions to secure and streamline financial flows.
• Document processes, maintain a clear mapping of system configurations, and ensure an up-to-date view of the Finance IS operations.
• Change Management & Coordination with Outsourcing :
• Serve as the interface between the Finance team, external accounting service providers, and internal teams.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables and the consistency of data transmitted and received.
• Monitor improvement projects related to outsourcing: workflow optimization, secure data exchanges, and continuous quality enhancement.
• Train, support, and engage stakeholders on new tools and processes.
• Financial Controls & Continuity:
• Contribute to monthly and annual closings by reviewing, controlling, and validating entries produced by external providers.
• Participate in the preparation of the annual audit (documentation support, explanations, coordination).

• Profile:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in general accounting or in a Finance/IS role.
• Degree in accounting (e.g., DCG or equivalent).
• Strong Excel skills; experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP is a plus.
• Strong interest in financial tools, deployment projects, and process improvements.
• Comfortable working in an English-speaking environment.
• Fluent in french
• Rigorous, autonomous, service-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
