Dans le cadre du renforcement d?un programme eCommerce d?envergure internationale, nous recherchons plusieurs Tech Leads seniors spécialisés sur SAP Commerce / Hybris. La mission s?inscrit dans un environnement complexe et structurant, avec des enjeux forts de performance, de qualité de delivery et d?alignement entre les équipes produit, les architectes et les équipes techniques. Le consultant interviendra dès janvier pour une mission d?au moins six mois, avec un rôle clé dans l?optimisation des pratiques de delivery et la sécurisation des évolutions du socle eCommerce.
Profil candidat:
Nous recherchons un Tech Lead Hybris senior disposant d?au moins 8 ans d?expérience en IT, avec un rôle confirmé de leader technique sur SAP Commerce / Hybris. Le profil attendu est très à l?aise en anglais (niveau C1), capable de piloter des sujets complexes de bout en bout, de simplifier des fonctionnalités techniques avancées et d?accompagner les équipes au quotidien. Une forte capacité d?analyse, un excellent sens du détail, ainsi qu?une aptitude à produire et structurer la documentation des intégrations critiques sont indispensables. Le Tech Lead devra également être force de proposition sur les nouveaux projets ou epics, fournir des estimations rapides, garantir un haut niveau de qualité (outillage type SonarQube) et jouer un rôle actif dans le mentoring des équipes. Une bonne culture cloud est requise, ainsi qu?une appétence pour l?intégration d?outils GenAI lorsque pertinent.
