RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Client Success & Growth Manager
at Dylogy, you will be responsible for driving long-term client satisfaction, adoption, and expansion across our platform. You will act as the primary point of contact for our enterprise customers, ensuring smooth onboarding, strategic alignment, and measurable value delivery.
Your mission is to
turn clients into long-term strategic partners and Dylogy ambassadors
, directly contributing to revenue growth and platform impact.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Client Onboarding & Enablement
Lead client onboarding and rollout phases, ensuring users are fully operational, autonomous, and engaged with the platform
- Project Management – Delivery Coordination
Orchestrate cross-functional workstreams between Product, Tech and Data teams.
Act as the operational link between clients, partners, and internal experts, ensuring progress tracking, risk mitigation, and timely delivery.
- Project Management – Processes & Automation
Design and maintain delivery workflows (onboarding, adoption, reporting) and continuously improve them.
- Account Management & Relationship Building
Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, IT teams, and operational users to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction
- Customer Success & Adoption
Monitor usage and engagement, proactively identify friction points, and ensure clients extract maximum value from the solution
- Upsell & Expansion Opportunities
Identify new growth opportunities within existing accounts and support upsell / cross-sell strategies collaboratively with Sales
- Strategic Feedback Loop
Collect and synthesise client feedback, translating it into actionable product insights alongside the Product and Tech teams
- Partnership Development
Contribute to building and maintaining strategic ecosystem partnerships (brokers, consulting firms, insuretech networks)
- Process & Experience Design
Help structure and continuously improve Dylogy's post-sales journey (onboarding, CS, renewals, partnerships) with a builder mindset
You will play a strategic role in shaping our client experience framework
and laying the foundations for a scalable customer organisation
QUALIFICATIONS
Hard Skills
- Strong understanding of the
B2B SaaS commercial lifecycle
(from onboarding to renewal/expansion) - Experience in account management, customer success, or project deployment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and client lifecycle tracking
- Solid project coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable interacting with both business and technical teams
Soft Skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- High empathy and pedagogy, especially with enterprise users
- Structured, organised, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Proactive and impact-oriented
- Comfortable in a fast-paced early-stage startup environment
Languages
- Fluent business
English
is mandatory - French is a strong asset (client interactions)
Experience
- 5 – 8+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or hybrid Sales/CS roles
- Experience working with enterprise clients or complex SaaS deployments
- B2B background is mandatory – insurance / fintech / regulated industries is a plus
- Appetite for process building and continuous improvement
