About the role

The Credit team at Revolut creates and scales lending features that power global growth. They manage the entire product lifecycle, from backend systems to customer-facing experiences. By combining market insight, risk expertise, and technical precision, they deliver safe, forward-thinking solutions tailored to each region.

We're looking for a Head of Lending to design credit risk policies, procedures, and strategies for mortgage features. You'll be managing validation of the underwriting strategy, as well as leading the charge for preventative and reactive actions to the market and product offering.

What you'll be doing

• Building and leading a local team to define and implement a mortgage lending strategy
• Overseeing branch activities and overall risk of the local loan portfolio
• Managing regulatory relationships
• Establishing and executing underwriting, portfolio management, and collections policies and activities
• Interacting with regulators and local authorities

What you'll need

• 7+ years of experience as a bank executive
• Expertise in mortgage lending in France
• An entrepreneurial drive and personal resilience
• Extensive experience building risk models, managing credit decisioning, and overseeing regulatory engagement
• An understanding of credit portfolio performance
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to recruit and lead a team
• The ability to think and reason logically
