This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, ambitious team in Talent Acquisition. You will play a critical part in driving innovation and making an impact in the clinical research space, while enjoying a stimulating professional environment that encourages personal and intellectual growth.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team that plays a pivotal role in shaping Excelya's growth across the globe. Main Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for complex and niche roles, ensuring a high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the process.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs, define role requirements, and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Proactively source, engage, and nurture top talent through a variety of channels, including direct sourcing, talent pools, and market mapping.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, including active and warm candidate pools, to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Use data and market insights to inform recruitment decisions, influence stakeholders, and continuously improve sourcing strategies.
  • Manage recruitment processes in line with KPIs and SLAs, ensuring timely delivery and high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment, share best practices, and contribute to broader talent acquisition initiatives across EMEA.

At Excelya, taking audacious steps is encouraged, so we're looking for individuals who are ready to grow with us and share our values.

Experience:

  • Proven success in recruiting for complex, niche, and hard-to-fill roles, with bonus points for experience in CRO, pharmaceutical or life science environments.
  • Extensive hands-on recruitment experience in fast-paced, high-demand settings such as recruitment agencies, resourcing models, or in-house talent functions with agile processes.
  • Strong track record of hiring across EMEA, particularly in France, Greece, Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany.
  • Demonstrated expertise in market mapping and leveraging talent intelligence and data to inform and optimize hiring strategies.
  • Skilled in developing and executing direct sourcing strategies using a variety of sourcing channels, tools, and techniques to deliver timely and high-quality talent solutions.
  • Significant experience in building and nurturing active and warm talent pools to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Comfortable working with KPIs and SLAs to track performance, measure impact, and continuously improve recruitment outcomes.

Skills:

  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility with candidates, hiring managers, and key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage, advise, and align hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Highly organized and results-oriented, with a proven ability to deliver accurate outcomes under pressure and within tight deadlines.
  • Strong sense of accountability, ownership, and follow-through in all aspects of the recruitment process.
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
