We are hiring
We are currently looking for a Market & Business Analyst Apprentice to join the Market & Business Intelligence Team.
This team, composed of two members based in Paris, works across regions and business areas to analyze market trends, monitor competitors, identify new markets and potential clients, and share actionable insights with the relevant Payment Services teams.
Key Missions
- Support the team in researching, compiling and presenting market & business insights, on various subjects relative to the Payment industry. It can cover topics such as traditional accounts, fintech, digital payments, payment schemes, mobile money, payment processing, biometrics, digital identity, card payments and card manufacturing etc.
- Improve regular reports deliveries by creating dashboards within Power BI and appropriate database, helping the team to make the most of IA and new tools.
- Help the team to manage content of the Payment Services BU database.
- Create powerpoint content such as competitor/market analysis, issuers deep-dive .
- Facilitating internal awareness & future engagements by sharing news, creating newsletters, helping for internal webinars organization.
Profile Description
To succeed in this position you need the following skills:

- Strong ability to work independently and proactively
- Experience designing and developing Power BI dashboards and other databases
- ability to structure and manage associated databases
- Ability to leverage AI tools for workstream optimization
- Proficiency in Excel (tables, formulas, pivot tables, lookups), Word, and PowerPoint, including creating graphic
In addition to his/her technical abilities, the ideal candidate needs to:
- Currently pursuing a Business Master's or final year of Engineering School with a specialization in Business Management/Development
- Languages: Fluent English (TOEIC score is a plus), French preferred for team integration, Spanish is a bonus
- Knowledge of the payment sector (nice to have)
