Après deux années de marché difficile, souhaite
remettre un coup d'accélérateur fort
sur la croissance, tout en posant des bases pérennes.

Mission
6 mois – temps plein
(posture quasi-exécutive).

Objectif de la mission
Intervenir comme
Value Creation / Growth Director
, en appui très direct :

  • du CEO et du COMEX
  • de l'équipe d'investissement, très hands-on

Avec Un Double Enjeu

  • Identifier et prioriser les bons relais de croissance (offres, clients, marchés)
  • Mettre en mouvement l'organisation, avec des résultats visibles rapidement et durables

Périmètre clé

  • Revue et clarification de la stratégie de croissance
  • Gestion de portefeuille d'offres services IT :

  • quelles offres pousser

  • lesquelles renforcer / arrêter
  • comment mieux packager et vendre

  • Go-to-market ESN : segmentation clients, priorisation commerciale, discours de vente

  • Arbitrage entre :

  • transformation de fond (organisation, compétences, positionnement)

  • quick wins business activables à court terme

  • Appui sur les sujets organisation / people liés à la croissance (sans être un pur DRH)

Profil recherché (non négociable)

  • Spécialiste de la génération de croissance dans les services IT / ESN
  • Habitué à vendre du conseil (et pas uniquement des produits ou du software)
  • Excellente compréhension du business model ESN :

  • pricing, staffing, delivery, marges

  • Capable de structurer ET d'exécuter (pas un pur stratège hors-sol)

  • Très crédible face à des dirigeants :

  • très chiffres

  • très ingénieurs / tech

  • Vrai impact sur le change : fait bouger les lignes rapidement sans casser l'organisation

Parcours type attendu

  • Passage par un cabinet de conseil TIER1
  • Puis expérience opérationnelle réelle :

  • ESN

  • cabinet de conseil IT
  • rôle de direction commerciale / croissance / transformation

  • Exposition souhaitée à des contextes fonds / value creation (mais pas forcément pur PE)

  • Consultant très junior ou uniquement académique
