Your role:

As a Sales rep for the DACH Market, you have the responsibility.

You will have a key role… turning a lead into a satisfied customer. To achieve this, you will need to understand the clients' specific needs, build transparent and trusting relationships, and guide them through the sales cycle to successfully close deals .

During this exciting journey, here are the tasks you will take on:

  • Support clients (firm requests obtained via marketing or repeat customers) in finding solutions for their seminar/team retreat needs using the Naboo product and collection.

  • Qualify leads provided by marketing or SDRs, including proposing solutions, closing deals, and seeking repeat business within client accounts.

  • Suggest improvements to internal processes.

  • Contribute to product development.

  • Participate in strategic discussions about Naboo.

  • Train new team members.

The position does not involve cold calling.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Package: €900 to €1 300 depending on profile + Bonus
