Als Account Executive für den deutschsprachigen Markt spielst du eine Schlüsselrolle in Naboo's Expansion im DACH-Raum. Du bringst Energie, Ehrgeiz und Durchsetzungskraft mit, um qualifizierte Leads erfolgreich zum Abschluss zu führen und aus Interessenten begeisterte Kunden zu machen.
Deine Mission: Bedürfnisse der Kunden verstehen, vertrauensvolle Beziehungen aufbauen und sie souverän durch den gesamten Verkaufsprozess begleiten – bis zum Deal.
Deine Aufgaben
Betreuung von Kund:innen (Inbound-Anfragen durch Marketing oder Bestandskunden) bei der Suche nach der idealen Lösung für Seminare, Offsites oder Team-Retreats – mithilfe der Naboo-Plattform und unserer kuratierten Locations.
Qualifizierung von Leads, die durch das Marketing oder SDR-Team generiert wurden. Du erstellst maßgeschneiderte Angebote, schließt Deals ab und entwickelst deine Accounts strategisch weiter.
Optimierung interner Prozesse durch dein Feedback und deine Ideen.
Input für die Produktentwicklung geben, basierend auf Kundenfeedback und Markttrends.
Mitarbeit an strategischen Themen zur Weiterentwicklung von Naboo.
Einarbeitung neuer Teammitglieder, wenn unser Team weiterwächst.
Kein Cold Calling – du arbeitest ausschließlich mit warmen Leads.
