Au cœur de l'équipe Opérations, ton rôle sera d'accompagner les clients dans leur expérience FoodFlow. Nous recherchons un(e) Customer Support Representative pour accompagner le développement en France

  • Tes missions seront les suivantes :

    • Le suivi des livraisons. Tu seras la personne garante de notre qualité de service. Tu suivras au quotidien le déroulé des livraisons afin de prévenir les éventuels retards auprès des clients et de répondre aux interrogations de nos chauffeurs.

    • La relation client. Tu seras le point de contact privilégié de nos clients en cas de besoin. Via le chat de l'application, ou par téléphone, tu participeras activement à fluidifier le quotidien de nos clients restaurateurs en répondant à leurs interrogations.

    • La gestion des litiges. Tu enquêteras sur les litiges ouverts par les clients (manquants, inversions, remontées qualité…). Tu chercheras la meilleure solution en toutes circonstances pour FoodFlow et ses clients et trouveras des compromis lorsque nécessaire.

    • La communication avec les équipes Ops. Tu participeras à l'amélioration continue des process de l'équipe. Tu travailleras en équipe, et ton avis aidera les opérations à prioriser les travaux d'amélioration.
