Missions

En tant que Project Management Officer (PMO) vous aurez la responsabilité de la planification, de la gestion et du suivi de l'intégration de cette nouvelle entité Milleis Vie. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'optimisation des processus de gestion de projet, la gestion des ressources et la coordination entre les différentes parties prenantes (CAA, LCL, Milleis et SPIRICA). En étroite collaboration avec les membres du Comité de Direction de SPIRICA, vous assurez la bonne exécution du projet de rapprochement dans le respect des délais, des coûts et des objectifs.

De manière plus détaillée, en tant que PMO vous aurez les missions suivantes :

  • Définir et structurer le programme d'intégration en lien avec les directions métiers et les parties prenantes clés
  • Mettre en place la gouvernance projet : comités, reporting, indicateurs de performance.
  • Assurer le suivi des chantiers (IT, Finance, Juridique, Conformité, RH, Opérations…) et garantir leur avancement
  • Identifier les risques, proposer des plans d'action et assurer la fluidité des échanges entre les différentes parties prenantes (LCL, Milleis, CAA, SPIRICA, consultants…)
  • Suivre les besoins en ressources humaines et matérielles pour garantir la bonne exécution de l'intégration
  • Accompagner les équipes dans le changement et favoriser une culture commune post-intégration
  • Produire des livrables clairs et synthétiques pour le Comité de Direction

Niveau d'études minimum

Bac + 5 / M2 et plus


Formation / Spécialisation

Bac +5 (école de commerce, ingénierie, ou équivalent), avec une spécialisation en gestion de projet ou management.


Niveau d'expérience minimum

6 - 10 ans


Expérience

Expérience : Expérience confirmée en gestion de projets complexes, idéalement en contexte d'intégration ou de fusion-acquisition.


Compétences recherchées

Compétences techniques :

  • Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet
  • Connaissance des méthodologies de gestion de projet (Agile, Prince2, PMP).
  • Capacité à analyser et à utiliser des outils de reporting pour suivre l'avancement des projets (Tableaux de bord, KPI, etc.).

Compétences comportementales :

  • Excellente capacité d'analyse, de synthèse et de coordination
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et à gérer des priorités multiples.
  • Forte autonomie et sens de l'organisation.
  • Leadership naturel, sens du relationnel et goût pour les environnements en transformation.
