Vous souhaitez jouer un rôle clé dans le pilotage de projets stratégiques IT & Digital ? Rejoignez la
Direction des Infrastructures et de la Production (DIP)
et contribuez à structurer, prioriser et sécuriser un portefeuille de projets à forts enjeux.

Votre rôle

En tant que
PMO
, vous serez un acteur transverse de la gouvernance projets. Vous serez responsable du
pilotage du portefeuille projets
, du suivi des indicateurs clés, de la coordination des équipes et de l'amélioration continue des pratiques de gestion de projet.

Vos missions

  • Centraliser les expressions de besoins et assurer le
    suivi et le reporting du portefeuille projets
  • Piloter la
    priorisation, les charges, les risques, les alertes et les budgets
  • Accompagner les chefs de projets dans la
    gestion des ressources et des escalades
  • Préparer et animer les
    comités projets
    (hebdomadaires, par domaine, mensuels d'arbitrage)
  • Définir et déployer les
    processus, méthodologies et outils PMO
  • Mettre en place des
    KPI, tableaux de bord et reportings décisionnels
  • Contribuer activement à la
    conduite du changement
    et à l'amélioration continue

Environnement & outils

  • Collaboration :
    M365, SharePoint, JIRA
  • Reporting & analyse :
    Excel, Power BI, PowerQuery, VBA
  • Présentation :
    PowerPoint

Votre profil

  • Formation en informatique ou gestion de projet
  • À l'aise avec les outils de reporting et le suivi de KPI
  • Curieux(se), rigoureux(se), autonome et doté(e) d'un excellent sens de la communication
  • Une expérience
    E-commerce ou Digital
    est un plus
