About BYD France

BYD France is the French National Sales Company of BYD BV Europe and BYD Company Ltd, a China-based company and a leading global supplier of green energy technologies. BYD France offers a range of electric vehicles, including all-electric cars, buses & forklifts. BYD is expanding its operations in France to support a growing portfolio of New Electric Vehicle Passenger car and LCVs projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the planning, execution and post-event evaluation of DENZA's brand events in France, including product launches, luxury experiential activities and design-themed salons, aligning with the brand's positioning of integrating technology and elegant aesthetics.
2. Develop creative event concepts tailored to the French luxury market and target audience, collaborate with cross-functional teams and local suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of high-end event experiences.
3. Manage end-to-end event logistics, budget control and risk mitigation, ensuring compliance with French local regulations and maintaining DENZA's premium brand standards throughout the entire process.
4. Build and maintain relationships with local partners to enhance event influence and support DENZA's brand penetration in the French market.
5. Analyze event performance against predefined KPIs, compile post-event reports with insights and recommendations to optimize future event strategies and drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Requirements
1.Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Event Management or related fields; master's degree is a plus.

2.5 years of proven experience in event management within the luxury, automotive or premium lifestyle industry, with a track record of delivering high-end brand events in France.

3.Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.

4.Strong creative thinking, project management skills, and ability to work independently under pressure, with meticulous attention to details and budget control.

5.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, with existing connections to local French event suppliers, venues or KOLs being highly preferred.

6.Passion for electric vehicles and luxury brands, deep understanding of French consumer culture and market trends, and ability to align events with local preferences.
