On veut recruter, structurer et faire grandir des partenaires stratégiques (revendeurs, intégrateurs, MSSP) capables de générer du business récurrent et scalable.
On cherche donc un(e) Channel Sales Manager orienté résultats, à l'aise sur toute la chaîne de valeur du channel: recrutement, activation, ventes, animation, pilotage.
Ta mission (concrète et business)Tu es responsable de la performance commerciale du channel sur ton périmètre.
Concrètement:
Recruter et onboarder des partenaires stratégiques (revendeurs, intégrateurs, MSSP)
Construire avec eux de vrais plans de croissance business (objectifs, pipeline, priorités marché)
Générer du business de bout en bout:
qualification des opportunités
co-vente avec les partenaires
closing et suivi des deals
Animer et faire monter en puissance les partenaires:
enablement commercial
formations, événements, rendez-vous terrain
animation régulière et structurée
Piloter la relation partenaire dans la durée:
business reviews
suivi du pipeline et du chiffre
priorisation des partenaires à fort potentiel
Travailler en proximité avec les équipes internes (sales, marketing, avant-vente, produit)
